Terms of use

Rules for access and use of the mcube by TidyBricks platform.

1. Service publisher

The mcube service is published by TidyBricks, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 993 590 645, with its registered office at 80 rue du Docteur Legay, 59110 La Madeleine, France.

mcube is a Marketing Mix Modeling SaaS platform to measure the impact of marketing levers, build models, simulate budget scenarios, and allocate investments.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of mcube (marketing site, application, API, and related services). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

3. Definitions

  • Customer: legal or natural person subscribing to mcube.
  • User: person authorized to access a Customer workspace.
  • Customer Data: data imported, connected, or generated by the Customer in mcube.
  • TidyBricks Content: software, models, interfaces, documentation, and mcube / TidyBricks trademarks.

4. Access and account

Access to the service requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account. Promptly report any unauthorized use to dleonetti@tidybricks.fr.

TidyBricks may refuse, suspend, or terminate access in case of breach of these terms, a security risk, or unlawful use.

5. Service description

mcube may in particular allow you to:

  • connect marketing and analytics data sources;
  • prepare and explore datasets for MMM;
  • configure, train, and evaluate models;
  • visualize ROI, contributions, saturation, adstock, and scenarios;
  • use a copilot to accelerate certain analysis tasks.

Features may evolve. TidyBricks endeavors to inform Customers of material changes, without guaranteeing that every feature remains permanently identical.

6. Customer obligations

The Customer agrees to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • hold the necessary rights over Customer Data imported or connected;
  • not bypass security measures or attempt to access unauthorized areas;
  • not use mcube for unlawful, deceptive, or third-party-harming activities;
  • comply with quotas, licenses, and any conditions linked to their plan.

7. Data and intellectual property

Customer Data remains the Customer’s property. TidyBricks processes it only to provide the service, provide support and security, and, where applicable, improve the product in accordance with the privacy policy.

TidyBricks Content (software, UI, documentation, trademarks) remains the exclusive property of TidyBricks or its licensors. No license is granted beyond use of the subscribed service.

8. Availability and support

TidyBricks uses reasonable efforts to maintain mcube availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, incidents, or external causes. Support is available at dleonetti@tidybricks.fr.

9. Liability

mcube provides decision-support tools. Model and simulation results depend on data quality, assumptions, and configurations chosen by the Customer. Investment decisions remain solely the Customer’s responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, TidyBricks’ liability is limited to proven direct damages and, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, capped at the amounts paid by the Customer for the service over the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event.

10. Pricing, term, and termination

Commercial terms (price, term, renewal) are defined in the applicable quote, contract, or subscription page. Absent contrary provisions, each party may terminate under the contractual terms provided.

Upon termination, access to the service is disabled. Upon written request within a reasonable time, TidyBricks may assist with exporting available Customer Data, subject to technical constraints.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Lille shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
